One of my biggest issues was always having enough inventory in stock to keep up with demand. I tried working with a few different seamstresses but the quality and timing of getting the finished products was a challenge. Then, one day, in early Feb 2016 I received an email from an angel. The email stated, and I'm paraphrasing, she was a Brobe customer and wanted to put it out there that if I ever needed a local seamstress, she was interested. Immediately I contacted her, met her, and just fell in love with her beautiful personality. I love that she feels it in her gut, as I do, in creating these products. She recognizes she is doing something good to help people. She's proud, and I'm blessed to have her in my life and part of the Brobe team.
We have such exciting news to share! The Tory Burch Foundation announced that I am one of ten selected to participate in the second annual year-long Fellowship Program for women entrepreneurs. Selected from an initial pool of 800+ candidates, 30 finalists participated in a public online vote with nearly 50,000 votes cast to help determine the final ten Fellows. Needless to say I am beyond honored to have been chosen and so grateful for all of the support shown by fans, friends, and customers of The Brobe.Continue reading
