As you're preparing for your mastectomy, it's likely your mind is going to be in a million places at once. Luckily, we've pulled together a list of things you might want to do and have to make your post-surgery experience as seamless as possible. 

A mastectomy involves removing all of a person's breast tissue in an effort to eliminate or prevent cases of breast cancer. This tissue removal can include tissue on the chest, up to the collar bone, down to the rib cage, and into the underarm area.
