- We ship using FedEx, UPS and USPS. Standard shipping arrival is typically 3-7 Business Days. Exact timing depends on the items ordered, the day in which you place your order and the destination.
- Shipping charges depend on your delivery address and will be calculated at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order is placed and picked up by the particular shipping company.
- Orders placed after 12pm CST on Monday through Thursday will go out within 24hrs.
- Placing an order after Noon CST on Friday? Your order will ship out the following Monday/the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday & Sunday, please plan accordingly.
- Orders placed on Thursday, requesting 2 day shipping MUST pay an additional charge for Saturday Delivery. Otherwise, the item will be delivered on Monday unless it's a holiday.
- Shipping to an apartment complex, or a home on a busy street? We highly recommend requiring a signature. Contrary to popular belief, we do not get reimbursed by shipping companies should your package be stolen off your door step.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: All orders shipped overnight require a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship all over the world! In most cases, if you are shipping outside of the continental United States, shipping will likely exceed our standard shipping time frame. In some
cases, orders may take more than a week to be delivered or there may be time in transit due to duties and tariffs. We recommend choosing the UPS Worldwide Shipping Option, which typically takes 5-10 business days.
Please note that the country in which the order is shipping to, will very likely have an additional taxes & duties fee (typically $39) that you will need to pay upon receipt. This is a fee that we cannot charge ahead of time and it goes directly to the particular country, not to Brobe. Some customers are aware of this additional fee, but we don't want you to be surprised!
We understand returns happen. We do our best to work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Returns must happen within 30 days of purchase.
Your items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
All pieces must be intact, they cannot be worn, used, cut or washed.
There is a $10.00 restocking fee.
Size exchange: We will always recommend that you size up if you are at all concerned because you will likely swell after major surgery. However, if you have an issue with sizing and would like to exchange your robe, we will send you a replacement once we have receive your original order.
