 Return Policy and Important Shipping Info

We understand returns happen. We do our best to work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your Brobe and all our post surgery recovery products.

  • Returns must happen within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • All pieces must be intact, they cannot be worn, used, cut or washed.
  • There is a $10.00 restocking fee.

Size exchange: PLEASE NOTE: We will always recommend that you size up if you are at all concerned because you will likely swell after major surgery. However, if you have an issue with sizing and would like to exchange your Brobe, we will send you a replacement once we have receive your original order. Please contact customerservice@thebrobe.com to get a return, or exchange initiated.


Shipping Policy:

  • Placing an order after Noon CST on Friday? Your order will ship out the following Monday/the next business day.
  • Our warehouse is closed on Saturday & Sunday, please plan accordingly.
  • Orders placed after 12pm CST will go out within 24hrs Monday - Thursday
  • Orders placed on Thursday, requesting 2 day shipping MUST pay an additional charge for Saturday Delivery. Otherwise, the item will be delivered on Monday unless it's a holiday
  • Standard shipping arrival is typically 3-7 Business Days
  • Shipping charges depend on your delivery address and will be calculated at checkout
  • For international shipping, we recommend choosing the UPS Worldwide Shipping Option, which typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order is placed
