The Hot/Cold Gel Packs fit perfectly into the Brobe™ Recovery Bra and Pocketed Pillow to help reduce pain and swelling after surgery.

• Can be used warm or cold and lasts for up to 2 hours. 
• Microwave for relaxing heat or freeze for cold therapy. If heating, microwave for 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is achieved.
• One side is covered with an ultra-soft, plush material, that feels soft against skin.
• Reusable therapy packs are perfect to have on-hand for a variety of aches and pains.
