The Plush Hot/Cold Gel Packs (2 count): Thermal therapy packs can be frozen or heated and fit perfectly into bra pockets.If heating, microwave for 30 second at a time until desired temperature is achieved.
The Post Surgical Recovery Bra: An adjustable surgery recovery bra with interior pockets for ice packs and/or prosthetics, specifically designed to be worn after breast surgery.

Care Instructions & Tips
We recommend closing the velcro before washing the bra. Though this bra is not a compression bra, it is helpful to wear as a mastectomy bra, lumpectomy bra or any breast surgery bra in combination with the gel packs for easing pain during breast surgery recovery.
